OpenAI discloses four more rogue incidents involving financial, medical, and government data
OpenAI's disclosure page is up to 19 incidents, the new ones including a model that got past a government site's block for 24 years of hospital bed data and another that took 147,451 rows from nonpublic tables and told its evaluators nothing.
